Carl “Louie” Huffman Jr.
1941-2012
Carl L. “Louie” Huffman Jr., age 71, passed away October 22, 2012 in Boise, Idaho. Born March 31, 1941 in Aberdeen to Carl and Margueriette (Russell) Huffman. After graduating from Weatherwax High School in 1960, he joined the Marine Corp. He was married to Virginia Nikodoym in 1963. He worked many years with his brothers at Huffman Motors Car Dealership. They made their home in Aberdeen until 1992 when they moved to Boise, Idaho. While in Aberdeen he served as Exalted Ruler of the Elks, was a member of the Eagles, Masons, Shriners, Shriners Patrol, Kiwanis and served as a Boy Scout leader. His hobbies included fishing and hunting.
Carl is survived by his wife, son Rex and daughter Sherion (Corky) Raub, all of Boise; 2 granddaughters Savannah and Felicia; one grandson Carter; great- grandson Michael; brothers Walt (Barb) Huffman and Ron (Cheryl) Huffman of Olympia; sister Mary Lisa (Burt) Daggett of Shelton and ten nieces and nephews and several relatives in Grays Harbor. There was no service. Memorials can be sent to the Aberdeen Elks or the Shriners Hospital for Children in Portland. Cards and condolences can be sent to 2925 N. Alamo Road, Boise, ID 83704.
