All those days we spent running between buildings to get to class, sneaking a cigarette (always a block away, of course), climbing the chestnut tree in front of the school, putting miles on our hot rods driving between Jack’s Drive-in and Short Stop; it feels like a lifetime ago and like it was just yesterday.

Though we’ve gone our separate ways, there is still so much that links us together. The building may be gone, but we still remain. The Weatherwax High School Class of 1960.
